中国昆嵛山是中国全真道教文化的发祥地，自然景观雄伟神奇，名胜古迹掩隐山林，道教文化源远流长，具有深厚的文化底蕴，名声享誉中外；北有皇家马苑养马岛,素有“东方夏威夷”之美称，昔日为秦始皇养马宝地，岛上风光秀丽，气候宜人，是省级旅游度假区；山海之间有人称“华清第二池”的疗养宝地龙泉温泉。山海泉孕育了古老的全真道文化和山海文化，形成了“山载万物，海纳百川”的人文精神，沉积了富有特色的旅游资源。这里是旅游休闲的圣地，这里是进行书画艺术创作和文化交流的乐园！

为弘扬中国优秀传统文化，繁荣中国书画艺术创作，进行文化艺术交流，中国·烟台市牟平山海文化研究会等单位联合举办“中国·全真道山海泉名家书画作品大赛”。从即日起面向海内外书画名家、广大书画艺术爱好者征稿。现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、主办单位：中国烟台市牟平山海文化研究会。

二、协办单位：中国书画艺术家协会、《中国书画艺术网》、山东省文化厅《齐鲁艺谭》杂志社、山东雅昌拍卖有限公司、昆嵛山国家森林公园、烟台市收藏家协会。

三、支持单位：山东省烟台养马岛旅游度假区管委会、中国托玛琳健康协会、烟台市牟平区文化局、烟台市牟平区旅游局、烟台市牟平电业集团供电公司、烟台龙泉实业总公司、烟台万苏园林有限公司等。

四、大赛组委会：

主任：鲍玉平中国书画艺术网副总编。

副主任：姜捷：中国书画艺术家协会主席。

姜威：山东省文化厅《齐鲁艺谭》杂志社主编。

龚清泰：烟台市道教协会秘书长。

五、大赛评委会：（邀请中国书协、中国美协专家及全国著名书画家组成，为了评选公正，暂不公布评委名单）。

六、征稿对象：

（1）海内外书画名家；中国美协、省、市美协会员；中国书协、省、市书协会员；艺术院校师生。

（2）广大书画爱好者，书画艺术新秀。

七、征稿内容：

（1）中国画：山水、人物、花鸟均可。

（2）书法：篆、隶、楷、行、草、诸体均可。（篆体请加释文）

（3）作品规格：国画、书法作品篇幅最小为四尺对开，最大不超过八尺，可不装裱，每位作者可寄1～3件作品，并在作品背面的右下角用铅笔正楷注明作品题目、作者姓名、通讯地址、邮编、电话，并附加150字的个人艺术简历及2张2寸照片，一律用挂号邮寄。限于人力，来稿恕不退还。

八、征稿时间：从即日起至2009年 9月 1 8 日截止（以当地邮戳为准）。

九、评审费：每件汇30元（海外作品每件汇10美元）。

十、奖励：本次大赛分专业组、业余组。分别设金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖，来稿无论获奖与否，均有回复，所有获奖作品将结集出版，并向作者寄赠获奖证书，赠送《中国·全真道山海名家书画作品集》一本，由主办单位向入选者寄发。金奖获得者由评委会、编委会授予“书画艺术界杰出人才”荣誉称号，将评选的部分优秀作品和作者在《中国书画艺术网》上宣介；评选的部分优秀作品在山东省文化厅主办的《齐鲁艺谭》杂志上发表。

（1）专业组：中国画、书法、分别设金奖1名，银奖3名、铜奖5名、优秀奖100名。金奖5000元、银奖3000元、铜奖1000元，优秀奖赠《中国书画大赛作品集》一本。

（2）业余组：中国画、书法、分别设金奖1名，银奖3名、铜奖15名、优秀奖100名。金奖3000元、银奖2000元、铜奖1000元、优秀奖赠《中国书画大赛作品集》一本。

十一、合同认可：凡投稿者将被视为认可以上各条款。
